I hold an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy and I am currently pursuing a Master of Public Health with a specialisation in Data Science. My interest in health data science was sparked during the COVID-19 pandemic when I recognized its potential in predicting and analysing disease patterns to improve health outcomes.

My background includes experience in genomic data research, demonstrated through my undergraduate dissertation in pharmacogenomics of cytochrome CYP2C9 and my master’s thesis on genetic risk for dementia. I am excited to apply these skills in my current internship project, which aligns with my interests.

Throughout my internship, I aim to enhance my health data science expertise and expand my professional network. I am enthusiastic about the lasting impact of this experience on my career and my long-term goal of improving population health and health outcomes through my knowledge and skills in health, statistics, data visualisation, epidemiology, and data science.
